Orders Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
2. Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, including your order number and summary.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- Debit Cards
- E-Transfer (for approved accounts; contact us for setup)
- ACH / Bank Transfer (for net terms customers; contact us for account setup)
- Cash or Debit at Pickup (for local pickup orders)
- Cheques (accepted at pickup or delivery; payable to Eco Green Packs Ltd.)
All payments must be received in full before orders are processed, unless prior net terms have been approved.
4. Order Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel your order, contact us at info@ecogreenpacks.com or +1 778-361-1110 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before processing. Orders already shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
Returns Policy
1. Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Custom printed or special order items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Returns made after 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
3. Return Process
- Email info@ecogreenpacks.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We will provide return authorization and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged items and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
