1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
2. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canpar, and local freight companies depending on order size and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, or unforeseen events.
Local Delivery
We offer scheduled local delivery services with free delivery eligibility based on order value before tax.

Orders below the free delivery minimum will still be delivered with the delivery fee as listed above. Delivery fees are per order.
4. Shipping Rates (Outside Local Delivery Areas)
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Bulk or pallet orders will receive a separate shipping quote after order placement.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos of the damaged items and packaging.
For lost shipments, please contact us if your tracking has no updates for 5 or more business days. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within Canada. For US or international orders, contact us at info@ecogreenpacks.com for custom quotes.
